Since 2012, Yarrells has been advising Ricoh on its lease contracts for a number of real estate assets. It has recently completed the negotiation and renewal of the office lease for the company’s HQ offices in Sant Cugat, a periphery office location in Barcelona.

Yarrells Property has advised on the sale of a building in Calle Ombú, in the Méndez Álvaro district of central Madrid, one of the fastest growing office areas in the city. The building has a protected brick facade, previously of industrial use, was owned by the company GESS and will become the new headquarters of leading Spanish company Acciona.
