We would like to thank Naturgy for once again showing its faith in the services of Yarrells Property. Our companies have recently renewed their successful collaboration agreement on real estate matters.
Over the life of the relationship, there have been many challenges and complex deals. These include sale and lease backs of headquarters buildings, disinvestment of shares in property companies, office rentals, subletting and sales of buildings and land all over Spain, as well as in Paris and Latin America.
Amongst many assets dealt with in 2023 we would highlight the sale of a plot of land for the development of some 30,000m2 of residential apartments in the south of Madrid.
