Sale of third office building in 12 months

At Yarrells, we are pleased to confirm the completion of another office building sale in Barcelona, executed on a confidential basis between local family offices.

The asset is fully leased to Aticco, one of the leading operators in the Spanish coworking market.

This transaction represents the third office disposal completed by Yarrells Property over the past 12 months, where we have advised vendors throughout the full life cycle — from leasing and/ or asset repositioning through to final sale — with a combined volume of approximately €40M.

It also provides further evidence that, despite ongoing financial and geopolitical uncertainty, the Barcelona office investment market continues to consolidate its position as a compelling destination for core capital.
