Yarrells Property takes on a new Asset Management client at the height of the pandemic

Property Company Inmoglaciar, part of international fund manager Cerberus, through its SPV ICE MRN S.L. has entrusted to Yarrells Property the strategic advisory and repositioning of the ATO building in Marina Zona Franca, Barcelona.

The office building of more than 10,000m2, which was completed in the early 2000s, is located in Sector 6 of the MZF, in an area undergoing a major urban transformation from its historical industrial zoning to primarily new build residential with complimentary commercial activity.

The proximity to the Zona Franca, the city’s port and main logistics centre, and the Fira 2, the largest trade fair venue in Catalunya, place the building in one of the principal growth areas of the city.
