The leading energy company, Naturgy has sold its share in the Mare Nostrum Tower, it’s Barcelona HQ building, occupied since 2006 to relocate to a new HQ in Diagonal 525. The company had a 45% stake and with 55% under ownership of Inmobiliaria Colonial.

Gas Natural Fenosa has sold it’s signature buildings in Madrid in a major sale and leaseback operation worth over 200M€. The portfolio comprised 4 buildings with a total office area of approximately 55,000m2 of offices and 1,700 parking spaces.
