Yarrells property has advised the multinational Ricoh in the negotiations for the lease of a building, located in the L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, some 5 kilometers south of the centre of Barcelona.
The property which will be employed for both production and office uses, has a lettable area of some 4,250m2 on 4 floors.
