Yarrells has advised Naturgy on the sale of an office asset in Vigo town centre. The building of close to 3,000m2, sold to a private investor, is leased to R Cable, a leading telecommunications company in Galicia. The deal has been completed in spite of the strict limitations and economic difficulties caused by the government imposed lockdown due to the Covid-19 virus.
