Yarrells has advised on the sale of a corporate building, located in the Almeda industrial estate on the periphery of Barcelona.
The building of nearly 2,000m2 was acquired by business consulting firm as its new corporate headquarters.
This sale, of a difficult asset has been closed at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is very good news for the local real estate market.
