As part of the restructuring of the occupational space needs of leading utilities company, Naturgy, the building on calle Lérida 44, a few blocks from the prime pitch of La Castellana, has been sublet to law firm Lexer. Yarrells represented Naturgy throughout the strategic and commercial process and through the negotiations. Yarrells worked with Savills Aguirre Newman, the exclusive letting agents, and Knight Frank in representation of Lexer.
