As part of its role as Leasing Manager for the Olympic portfolio of office buildings in Barcelona, owned by Inmobiliaria Norte y Sur S.A., a property company managed by AEW, Yarrells has agreed the transfer of floors and complete refurbishment of 1,100sqm of offices in the Conata 2 building to the company Medichem.

The leading energy company, Naturgy has sold its share in the Mare Nostrum Tower, it’s Barcelona HQ building, occupied since 2006 to relocate to a new HQ in Diagonal 525. The company had a 45% stake and with 55% under ownership of Inmobiliaria Colonial.

Yarrells Property has advised on the sale of a building in Calle Ombú, in the Méndez Álvaro district of central Madrid, one of the fastest growing office areas in the city. The building has a protected brick facade, previously of industrial use, was owned by the company GESS and will become the new headquarters of leading Spanish company Acciona.
