Yarrells Property has advised Naturgy group on the marketing and formal sales process of a site with some 5,000sqm of residential buildable area in the Arganzuela district of Madrid, opposite the Google Campus. The buyer was Dazeo, a joint venture between Dazia and Eurazio.

As part of its role as Leasing Manager for the Olympic portfolio of office buildings in Barcelona, owned by Inmobiliaria Norte y Sur S.A., a property company managed by AEW, Yarrells has agreed the transfer of floors and complete refurbishment of 1,100sqm of offices in the Conata 2 building to the company Medichem.
