As part of its role as Leasing Manager for the Olympic portfolio of office buildings in Barcelona, owned by Inmobiliaria Norte y Sur S.A., a property company managed by AEW, Yarrells has agreed the transfer of floors and complete refurbishment of 1,100m2 of offices in the Conata 2 building to the company Medichem.
Medichem, a tenant in the building for over 10 years, has signed a new 10 year lease, with 5 years mandatory. This deal forms part of the major overhaul and improvement being made to the building.
